Emerging Voices Shaping the Future
The AAPI Rising Voice of the Month highlights promising individuals who are early in their journey (0–3 years of experience) but are already making meaningful waves through their passion, creativity, and community involvement.
Who it’s for: High school and college students, recent graduates, early-career professionals, and first-time founders or creators demonstrating strong potential. (Note: All candidates must be 18+).
The Focus: Potential and growth, passion, purpose, aspirations, and the "in-progress" journey.

Our spotlights celebrate voices across a diverse range of sectors making a difference right now:

Who it’s for: Proven leaders, industry professionals, and community advocates making measurable contributions to the AAPI community or broader society.
The Focus: Leadership and influence, career journeys, milestones, and lasting impact.
